All ten business units within NN International Insurance have been certified as Top Employer 2022. The Top Employers Institute annual certification recognises organisations that focus on putting their people first through exceptional HR policies.
Promising results
All NN International Insurance business units showed substantial improvement in the overall score compared with last year. More specifically, NN International Insurance showed progress in the pillars Diversity & Inclusion, Work Environment, and Learning.
Every business unit scored above benchmark, and according to the Top Employer Institute, we especially outperformed the benchmark on the pillars Sustainability and Engagement. Furthermore, NN Japan Life ranked 1st out of 10 companies in Japan and Nationale-Nederlanden Spain ranked 11th out of 107 companies in Spain.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics, such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, and Diversity & Inclusion. NN has been certified Top Employer along with over 1,857 organisations in 123 countries, each committed to enriching the world of work. All business units within NN International Insurance participate in this certification. Our business units in the Netherlands participate in other surveys.
